Renovating our home turned out to be a life changing decision and Distinctive Creations got us there every step of the way. Working with Charlie and his team was an incredibly positive experience. We trusted them entirely as we opened up and expanded our 85 year old house. The project was on time and on budget which seems unheard of these days! All of Charlie's sub-contractors respected each other's part of the project and worked seamlessly together. They are all pros at what they do. There was never a day when we didn't know what was going to happen or what the plan was. For reference, our renovation included tons of exterior repair work, expanding the first floor, new kitchen and four season room, gym space in the basement and all new windows. We're thankful to Charlie and his team for making our house amazing!

After our friend Used Distinctive Creations, Inc. for her beautiful 4 season sunroom, we decided Charlie Fruci was the General Contractor for us. He spent a long time with us, listening to our dreams and ideas of a great room addition, screened porch, deck and total kitchen renovation. The whole project took the entire summer of 2014. We stayed in our home for all but the floor finishing. His team of contractors was professional, friendly and talented. We added a few extra things along the way, but there was never a surprise with the budget. and entire job was finished on time. My Wife and I hired Distinctive Creations Inc. to do a remodel of our entire 1st floor, and let me tell you, it was the best decision we ever made. Charlie has the " Right Stuff ". He went out of his way to accommodate our every desire. He worked with the Insurance Company to get that end completed, and then got started with some great ideas for us. Starting with the cabinet design and hardware, followed with the granite counters and tile floors. They look awesome. Then the hardwood flooring throughout, with color coordinated paint choices in the dining room , living room, hallway, kitchen and lets not forget the transfer to white trim. The Dual sliders to the deck opened the whole place up too. He went out of his way to personally introduce us to all of his staff, all of who were professional, polite and knowledgeable. What else is there to say , other than the house that I used to " LIKE" is now the house that " I LOVE". Thank You so much Charlie and His staff from Distinctive Creations Inc. Distinctive Creations redid our kitchen and half bath for us. It was just about a full gut job (kept the floors and the same footprint). They did an excellent job, everyone was a pleasure to work with, and everything was on time and on budget. We loved the custom cabinet maker they use. We will definitely go to Distinctive Creations for our future projects, and know multiple people who have used them for both big jobs and little jobs.
Distinctive Creations did an amazing job on our family room addition. This was a complicated project which involved building a wall with a 6,500 pound steel beam support structure and taking down multiple load bearing walls. It was completed with no issues/complications. All materials used were of high quality and installed with perfection. We are 100% satisfied with the room that was built and get a kick out of how many people who look at it for the first time for the first time say, "wow, this is amazing".

We hired Distinctive Creations, Charles Fruci, Jr., to renovate our bathroom this past winter. From the start, Charlie was professional, patient and listened to my many ideas (some of which I'll admit were out there). He told me which ones could and could not be done, how they worked within the budget we gave him and suggested ideas of his own which we incorporated.
Throughout the process Charlie, his crew and subcontractors were courteous and professional. Charlie provided us with weekly schedule updates, subcontractors showed up on schedule and took the time to clean up when they left. Charlie is an experienced contractor. It was clear that the subs had a high level of respect for him and knew exactly what his work expectations were.
This was the first home renovation I've ever done. It was certainly a learning process. I was concerned about making our master bath what I'd envisioned while staying within the budget. Along the way I made changes to the plan which Distinctive Creations had the flexibility to do. Charlie's knowledge and experience made it possible to work with him to create exactly what we wanted.
The end result is a bright, beautiful, spacious bathroom which has exceeded my expectations. We will definitely hire Distinctive Creations for future projects. We strongly recommend Charles Fruci and Distinctive Creations for any home renovation project.

DIstinctive Creations/Charlie Fruci was the General Contractor for a renovation of our first floor and exceed our expectations; he was excellent! What began as a simple kitchen reno grew into a complicated first floor overhaul with a lot of custom cabinetry, extensive and detailed custom finish carpentry, and re-wiring and re-plumbing which required many subcontractors. Charlie was excellent in his communication with us but even better at making sure the different subs well orgainized, on time and worked well together. The subs that Distinctive Creations had on site were extremely professional and highly skilled - we were impressed with them all, as we lived on site throughout the job. A project of this scope is not easy to manage, but we were on time, on budget and are thrilled with the results. We highly recommend Distinctive Creations for any project large or small.
